Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 to Silver Wolf Enterprises for the purchase of Eliptical Riders for F.E. Warren AFB. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5(b)(4), the Government will negotiate directly and solely with Silver Wolf Enterprises as a participant under the US Governments 8(a) program. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423910 with a size standard of 500 employees. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to 90 CONS/LGCB, ATTN: John Mayo, 7505 Marne Loop, F.E. Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860 or sent by email to John.Mayo@warren.af.mil.
