- The U.S. Department of Education (ED), Federal Student Aid (FSA) is conducting a competitive procurement for efficient, effective data center hosting and network services. The Source Selection Authority has chosen four companies to continue on to Phase II of the two-phase procedure, in accordance with FSA's procurement flexibility statute 20 U.S.C. 1018a(d). Proposals will only be accepted from these four companies. However, small businesses are encouraged to contact the firms concerning subcontracting opportunities. The following contact information is provided in accordance with FAR 5.206 so that small business concerns, small disadvantaged business concerns, woman-owned small business concerns and small disadvantaged veteran-owned business concerns may contact the Phase II offerors regarding subcontracting opportunities.
