- Solicitation for NSN 1680-00-897-3474, IAW P/N 802764-3, Drawing 92824 802764, Rev M. An unrestricted data package is available for this NSN at DSCR website: https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. First Article/Preproduction Approval/Government Testing is required. Critical Application Item. Configuration Control applies. Sampling for inspection testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003. Any alternate plan must be approved by the PCO. Proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Delivery is 206 days ARO. FOB is Destination to locations listed on Form P-41. Estimated annual quantity is 164 each. Small Business Set-Aside. This is not considered a commercial item. This final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on 28 October 2005.
