- NASA/KSC plans to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the following Commercial item: High Sensitivity USB 2.0 High Speed Motion Camera with the following salient characteristics: 512 x 512 Resolution CMOS Sensor, Up to 5000 fps at full resolution/140,000 fps at reduced resolution, USB2.0 Interface, Global, 1 microsecond minimum exposure, Up to 4GB of storage capacity, Intuitive Software for Windows 2000/XP and MacOS, SKE and Plug-Ins for LabVIEW and MATLab. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. You must provide the company name and complete address (including street, city, state, and zip code), and the Cage Code or Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, applicable to that name and address. Also, include your delivery schedule for all of the items. If the end products offered is other than domestic end products as defined in the clause entitled ?Buy American Act ? Supplies,? the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of origin. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under FAR Part 13. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/KSC Business Opportunities page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=76 Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Any referenced notes may be viewed at the following URLs linked below. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing (e-mail or FAX) to Regina Clifton not later than 9:00 a.m. EST, Tuesday, October 11, 2005.
