- 1. This requirement is for a first article, test plan, test report, and production article on the following: NSN 4940-00-780-5499RN, Part #MIL-B-83755N/A Type 1 Size B, Blast Cleaning Machine. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed-price requirements-type contract. The approximate issue date of the Request for Quote will be 21 October 2005 with a response date of 21 November 2005. 2. FAR 19.502-2(a) 3. Numbered notes 1 and 9 apply. 4.
