- Item to be purchased on this instant procurement is NSN: 6230-01-397-2223, in accordance with drawing numbers 56853 6650-01057, Amend B, dated 1999 Aug 15; 56853 6650-01058, Amend F, dated 1999 Aug 15; 56853 6650-01059, Amend G, dated 1999 Aug 15; 56853 6650-01060, Amend C, dated 1999 Aug 15. Quantity is 1116 each with quantity options of 50% (1674 each) and 100% (2232 each). Material will be delivered FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA. Delivery is requested in 180 days ADO. Acquisition is total small business set-aside (see Numbered Note 1). This procurement will be evaluated utilizing best value, source selection procedures. Award will be based on factors other than cost or price alone. For this solicitation, technical merit is considered equal to price. Anticipated award date is January 15, 2006. For availability of drawings, see Numbered Note 9. Also, Numbered Note 26 applies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DSCP. The solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date.
