- NAICS Code: 532112 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the Triangle Transit Authority (TTA) of Research Triangle Park, NC for one year of van pool vehicle subsidy transfers plus four (4) option years. This USEPA/TTA contract will be transferring the USEPA's subsidy funds for the USEPA employees who are utilizing TTA Van Pool services, on a per-employee basis. The base period of performance for this contract is expected to be from 11/01/05 through 10/31/06. All interested parties who believe that they can provide these required services should fully explain their capabilities and qualifications in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this announcement. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any other sources exist and, therefore, no Request For Quote (RFQ) is available unless the interested party provides the aforementioned information. Consequently, any responses that fail to provide the aforementioned information and instead just requests a copy of an RFQ, will not be honored.
