Description
DESCRIPTION: The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 15,771 to 17,431 Rentable Square Feet of office space which will yield approximately 14,436 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet to be used by the SSA, Honolulu, HI. LOCATION: The Space must be located along or within the following delineated area in Honolulu, HI: Nuuanu Avenue from Ala Moana, North to Iolani Avenue; Iolani Avenue, East to Lunalilo Street, East to Keeaumoku Street; Keeaumoku Street, North to Wilder; Wilder, East to H1, East to Waialae Avenue; East to Kealaolu Avenue, Kealaolu Avenue, South to Kahala Avenue Kahala Avenue, West to Diamond Head Road, North to Paki Avenue; Paki Avenue, North to Kapahulu, North to Date Street; Date Street, West to Kapiolani Blvd., West to Atkinson Drive, West to Ala Moana Blvd; Ala Moana Blvd., West to Nuuanu Avenue. LEASE TERM: 12 years, 10 years firm. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible but not later than January, 31, 2007. REQUIRED: First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government's requirements to include seismic safety, handicapped access, flood plain, and access to public transportation is solicited. First floor space is highly desirable, second floor and above space is acceptable Expressions of interest should refer to Solicitation for Offers Number 4HI0027 and include the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Usable, rentable and rate per square foot offered; 3) Incentives and inducements such as tenant improvement allowances, lessor provided improvements, parking, etc. Proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
