Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 6,440 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 5,600 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE AND SEVEN (7) RESERVED PARKING SPACES WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480. Anticipated occupancy will be October 21, 2006. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, FIVE (5) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA: CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT OF CHARLESTON, WV as described below: South Boundary: Kanawha Blvd West Boundary: Elk River North Boundary: From the intersection of the Elk River and Washington Street, travel east on Washington Street, north on Court Street, east on Donnally Street, south on Dickinson Street, east on Washington Street to the intersection of Washington and Brooks Streets. East Boundary: From the intersection of Washington and Brooks Streets, travel south on Brooks Street, west on Lee Street, south on Broad Street to Kanawha Boulevard. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 14, 2005 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered and Rental Rate per Square Foot. (Specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included) 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
