- The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCCW) hereby issues Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W74V8H-05-R-0041 on behalf of National Museum of the U.S. Army Project Office. This solicitation is being issued as a 100 percent set-aside for Small Busi ness, as defined by the clause at 52.219-6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The resultant contract will be Time and Materials contract, consisting of a one (1) year basic period of performance and four (4) optional one year periods of performance, fo r a maximum contract duration of not more than five (5) years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611. The Statement of Work (SOW) sets forth the requirement for a non-personal services effort to support the National Museum of the U.S. Army project office in the following functional areas: budgeting, security and safety, human resource management, facility operations and maintenance, office management and administration, project scheduling, and policies and procedures development.
