Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, and 252.204-7004. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with 6.302-1. WPAFB intends to award to Tecolote Research, Inc, 1 S LOS Caneros Road, Suite 125, Goleta CA, 93117 The RFQ has the following line item(s): Renewal of Annual AFMC Organization License which consist of 2 each Multi-Site Organizations and 13 each single Site Organizations Period of Performance is: 30 Sep 05 - 30 Sep 06. FOB Destination. The Ship to Address is: HQ AFMC, 4375 Chidlaw Road, N233, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-5006.
