- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation and incidentals required to remove existing asphalt roof and replace with new composition roof for the Genetic Resource Center Headhouse Building in Chico, CA. Estimated start date is 9/5/2005 with a contract time of 30 calendar days. There is no pre-proposal conference scheduled. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and a price proposal responding to evaluation criteria as outlined in Sections L and M of the solication. Solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about Aug 9, 2005. Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Size standard is $12M average annual receipts.
