- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1) this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start data of a streamlined competition for a) Application Development, b) Data Entry, c) Web Site Development, d) Database Quality and Review, and e) Database Retrieval services in support of the United States Environmental Protection Agency?s Region 10 in Seattle, WA. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include 10.44 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs). NO SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Cost of private sector performance will be determined by conductng market research. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Luis Luna. The Contracting Officer is Jill E. Robbins. The projected end date for this competition is December 27, 2005.
