- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to RB Enterprises, 9936 Messa Rim Road, San Diego, CA 92121 for the acquisition of four (4) VCOM 24 Serial Input/Output Assembly Modules (pn: 32210-010), and three (3) BIT 3 487-1 VME Bus Adapter Cards (pn: 487-1-202) (includes ?201- and ?202), equipment required to support AN/SQQ-32 auxiliary processing assembly parts. This acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition for the following reasons. NSWC PC is tasked with procuring the hardware necessary to support the production version system currently deployed in the fleet. It is required that NSWC PC utilize hardware materials identical to those already in use in production systems. Substitution of another vendor?s hardware would result in an unsupportable shipboard system. RB Enterprises is the only source for this obsolete hardware. NAICS Code 334418 applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 Employees. FSC is 5962.
