- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to enter into negotiations with the sole source of supply, The Boeing Corporation, St Louis MO for the following: integrate and demonstrate the initiative defined as the ?Smart TPS ATML Legacy Generation Demonstration (ALGD) to transform existing Smart TPS (Test Program Sets) PDG Technical Data into formats compatible with the ATML specifications to be easily integrated into modern test program architectures for CASS/RTCASS. The Contractor will use the ATLAS Programmer?s Workbench (APW) Data Conversion Process to provide the capability to analyze legacy or streaming information and place in into an XML schema, making it available for SMART TPS documentation accessible to other applications. This procurement is being solicited under authority of FAR 6.302-1: only one responsible source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals must be received with 15 days of this notice. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on responses received to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
