- The National Naval Medical Center, Acquisition Mgmt. Dept., Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Naval Medical Research Center intends to award a sole source procurement to Roche Diagnostics for an Extended Warranty Service Agreement for: LightCycler 1.2 Instruments (14 each) and LightCycler 2.0 Instruments (2 each) PERIOD: 01 OCT 05 THRU 30 SEP 06. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
