Description: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to Conco, Inc. of Louisville, KY for PA125 Containers, NSN 8140-01-347-8121, Part No. 12576143. Quantity is 65,000 each. It is anticipated that this procurement will contain a 100% optio n. This contract will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discreti on of the government. A competitive solicitation for PA125 containers is currently in process and is projected to be issued during the 1st Quarter FY06 as a small business set-aside.
