- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-05-Q-0608 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 337920 and small business size standard 500 Employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: Window Shades-F-72 SR, see thru gray, 3-ply. For Inside. These shades are in full compliance with the FAA specs E-470b/12520-5. Size and number of windows- 12 windows: 93 inch across the top 81 inches across the bottom, 81 inches from top to bottom. Installation of the 12 window shades. (12EA)Or Equal. (vii) Delivery and acceptance should be taken prior to 60 days ARO (viii) The provision at 52.232-18, Availability of Funds 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer.
