- Provide Pressure Transducers and IV Sets on an on demand, as needed basis, for the VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, in accordance with the Requirements, Schedule of Items, and Specifications of solicitation RFQ 618-84-06. EVALUATION SAMPLES ? One (1) non-sterile evaluation sample is required and must be received prior to or on the offer due date. See IMPORTANT sample requirements in solicitation documents. NIACS 339112, 500 employees. Solicitation documents available September 28, 2005 with offers due at 4:30 p.m. CT, Friday, October 28, 2005. Contract effective date estimated to be November 20, 2005 for the balance of the fiscal year (through September 30, 2006), with 4 option years. The Government may award to one or more contractors at its discretion. Any type of business who can respond to this requirement is encouraged to do so.
