Description: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 12. This action is under the authority of the FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supply or service will satisfy the agency requirement. ICE intends to purchase Annual Software Renewal and License and Support for the General Counsel Electronic Management Systems (GEMS), including Dexterra Mobility Platform Components and Applications. ICE intends to purchase these services from Dexterra, Inc., located at 19515 North Creek Parkway, Suite 202, Bothell, WA 98011.
