- The Drug Enforcement Administration awarded on a SOLE SOURCE basis the Toolmark Validation Study to West Virginia University Research Corporation, 886 Chestnut Ridge Road, Morgantown, WV 26506-6845. The purpose of this procurement is to provide a study to test the procedures and methods used in the comparison of toolmarks on solid dosage forms. The goal of the study is to evaluate the reliability of methods and procedures used and to validate them.
