- US Customs & Border Protection intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Smith Detection, 30 Hook Mountain Rd., Pine Brook, NJ, 07458, for following list of optional accessories to be delivered within 120 days after award of contract. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by the due date included in this notice. This is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is available. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. (1) Power Conveyor entry roller (approx. 1722 mm) with a max load of 2500kg (5512.5 lbs) for the HiScan 180180 300kV XRay inspection System (1 Each). (2) Power Conveyor exit roller (approx. 1722 mm) with a max load of 2500kg (5512.5 lbs) for the HiScan 180180-300kV XRay inspection System (1 Each). (3) Power Conveyor, entry roller, approx. 1331 mm (52?) with a max load of 1200kg (2700 lbs.) for the Smiths Detection, HiScan 145180 XRay inspection System (2 Each). (4) Power Conveyor, exit roller, approx. 1331 mm (52?) with a max load of 1200kg (2700 lbs.) for the Smiths Detection, HiScan 145180 XRay inspection System (2 Each). (5) Entry table for the HiSCAN 9075 Inspection System (1 Each). (6) Exit table for the Hi-SCAN 9075 Inspection System (1 Each). (7) Installation overseas.
