Description

1. W911SA-05-T-0061 due date is extended to 27 Sep 05, 1:30 PM CDT.  2. CLIN 0002 is amended to read as follows: Base Year, Ancillary Services, 12 mo @ $_______, extended price $_______. Monthly service to include: Providing 24 hour, 7 day a week helpdesk service. Providing system backup recovery service in accordance with industry practice. Providing manual service during system outages until system is fully restored. - 3. *Note is amended to read as follows: *Note: The Government will be responsible for 1) Providing all voice and data circuits necessary for connectivity between the E911 system and the CenturyTel PSAP, based on CenturyTel specifications. 2) Populating, maintaining and updating the Fort McCoy portion of the Master Stre et Address Guide (MSAG) at the CenturyTel PSAP. 3) Responsible for the Access Control Fee to existing Century Tel PSAP.  4. Add the following to SUBMISSION OF OFFERS, TECHNICAL: The offeror shall identify all circuits required and whether they are CAMH trunk (analog), or ISDN (digital), or other components necessary to ensure connectivity to PSAP. - 5. Amendment 0008 had the following question: 1. Q: How do you want to record: a. Position Level b. Circuit Level How many? The answer is changed to read as follows: A: THE SYSTEM MUST HAVE THE CAPACITY TO RECORD ALL CALLS RECEIVED.
