- Description
- The Department of Defense requires continuation of the development, operational testing, and implementation of a Law Enforcement Technical Center (LETC) for Iraq. The Government intends to award this effort to Technical and Management Services Corpo ration (TAMSCO). TAMSCO and its sub-contractors designed, integrated and tested the LETC. The Government has determined that award of this effort to any other source would result in duplication of costs to the Government and unacceptable delays in implemen ting the LETC. The period of performance is 12 months, beginning at completion of the current LETC effort under existing Contract W9113M-05-C-0139, to which the instant effort will be added by modification. Interested persons may identify their interest a nd capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to the U. S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, P.O. Box 1500, Huntsville, AL 35807-3801, ATTN: SMDC-RD-CM-AK/Koger. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal from any source ot her than TAMSCO; however, all proposals received will be considered by the Government.
