Description

The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the Turbine Rotor Assembly UH-60 Input NSN: 2840-01-444-7756, Input P/N: 6082T20G05 2840-01-319-0957, Input P/N: 6082T04G03 2840-01-295-8125, Input P/N: 6068T57G03 Output NSN: 2840-01-444-7756, Output P/N: 6082T04G12 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price (FFP) fully competitive Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 140 and a maximum of 840 that includes a 20% Foreign Military Sales (FMS) of 140 ea ch. This requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Overhaul is to be accomplished in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-2840-248-1 and 1-2840-248-2 dated 1 5 May 1999 with change 5, and the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be 180 days ARO. Firms that recognized and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Requests for solicitation will be data faxed or by mail ONLY. Thi s requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, NO DATAFAX OR EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pe nding receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
