Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, California has a requirement for a Muramachi blood pressure monitor and software. This instrument is required to measure blood pressure of small animals under 10g and hamsters, nonivasively, without requiring pre-warming or preliminary preparations; the heart rate, systolic BP, mean BP, and diastolic BP are automatically measured. Measurements can be monitored and printed out automatically at specified time intervals between 1 – 99 minutes in length; the date, time, animal number, weight, operation mode, interval, number of measuring times, measuring times and their AV and SD are automatically plotted/charted. The Government intends to negotiate with the only known responsible source, Stoelting Company. A solicitation is not available for this notice.
