- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire functional and technical support services for Total Workforce Analysis for Navy Manpower Analysis Center (NAVMAC). The services for this acquisition will include the following: NOTAP Database Administration, NOTAP Survey Support Services, NOTAP Core Tasks by Rating, SMD/FMD Direct Database Management Support, Direct Programming Support, Manpower Data Integrity Analysis, NAVMAC Information/Database Support, TFMMS Billet Writer Shore “Action Desk” Code Function Support, Navy Manpower Systems Functional Management Support, TFMMS As-Is SIMPROCESS Model Maintenance and Conduct Functionality Assessment Analysis. The Government will provide no property or equipment. This is a sole source acquisition with CACI Inc. of Arlington, VA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. CACI Inc. is the only known provider of these services at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Services are anticipated to be provided for a basic period of one year with four one-year option periods. A cost plus fixed fee will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Interested parties may identify their interests and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information that shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Division.
