- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure labor and equipment necessary to upgrade the government?s On-Board Vehicle Surveillance System (OBVSS) located in Mainland Japan, Okinawa, Japan, and Korea, on a competitive firm fixed price basis. The anticipated type of contract will be a Firm Fixed Price with equipment delivery, modification, and installation to be completed and operational within 90 days from effective date of contract. F.O.B. Delivery and installation requirements, as well as Equipment Product Descriptions and specific upgrade tasks (Performance Work Statement) are included in the solicitation/Standard Form 1449 in the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation closes on 26 September 2005, 15:00 hours Japan Standard Time (JST). Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. All responsible sources submitting a proposal will be considered by the agency.
