- Marine Corps Base Hawaii Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for a vehicle wash rack for the MCB-Hawaii Base motor Pool. This procurement is an opem market procurement. It is anticipated that this requirement will be acquired in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
