After going intense testing and market research ,PMA 281 has selected the afoemention Sun V120, V210 and associated hardware because they meet the systems requirements, and design, Under FAR authority 6.302-1, o nly one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. This notice of Intent is not a request for Competative Proposals. A firmed Fixed Price Contract will be awarded for period 26 Sep 2005 thru 26 Sep 2006
