- The Center for Health Care Contracting, 2107 17th ST, bldg 4197, Ft Sam Houston, Tx 78234 intends to award a sole source indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a one-year base and four (4)one-year option periods. The sole source contr act will be awarded to George Washington University, 2100 M Street NW, Suite 310, Washington DC, 20052. This requirement is required to comply with Public Law 100-578 and with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Program to maintain accreditation with the N ational Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS). Requirement includes enrollement services and academic record maintenance for each military trained medical laboratory technician enrolled in the 311-91K10 program. In addition, 60 semes ter hours will be awarded to each student upon successful completion of the curriculum. The contract period of performance is estimated to be a base period of 01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006, with four (4) one-year option periods. Applicable auth ority: 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent to award, and not a request for quotes or a solicitation of offers. Points of contact are Roman R.
