PRON: AX5T6170AX, NSN: 2915-01-108-3652, PN: 2-300-842: Qty: Min: 30 each Max: 150. This is a Firm Fixed Price, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is limited to Purolator Facet Inc Cage Code 90005, Honeywell International Inc Cage: 99193, and Honeywell International Cage: 91547. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The Governmen t does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. The Government has been unable to economically buy the data or rights to the data, although the part has been undergoing full screening for 1 2 or more months. Breakout to competition has not been achieved, but current, continuing actions to obtain necessary rights to data or adequate, reprocurement technical data indicate breakout to competition is expected to be achieved. A Contractor First Article is not required. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 30 each, 180 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to com pete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted d ependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
