- The purpose of this Amendment is to provide additional information in response to the Combined Synopsis Solicitation. The closing date and time for submission of proposals is September 26, 2005, Noon, MST. Additional information is as follows. The wa lls that the mini and vertical blinds mounting brackets will be installed to are drywall. The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground will be removing and disposing of existing drapes. All materials and supplies used for this project will not be able to be store on the installation. It will be the contractor decision on how they propose to cover the window(s) and patio door(s) for each floor plan.
