- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, and other items necessary to perform all required Neurosurgeon services identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with JCAHO, professional standards at the Medical Training Facility, and the American Board of Neurosurgery. Coverage is needed for two weekends per month, and TDY coverage which may include weekdays and weekends. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside for one year (29 Sep 2005 through 28 Sep 2006). This is a firm-fixed price contract with NAICS code of 621111, and a Size Standard of $8.5 million. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 23 Sep 2005 via the Federal Business Operations web page at http://eps.gov/. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted, and solicitation packages will not be mailed. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
