Description

This was previously solicited as a Hubzone set-aside. The set-aside is now changing to 100% small-business and quotes will be due 26 September. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This procurement is set-aside for 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215, and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase contract for the following: AMU Lockers 200 each: 21? wide x 18? deep x 72? tall single tier single row, hat shelf, 3 prong hooks, 1 coat rod, 14 gauge door, 16 gauge body, 18 gauge back, standard louvers, recessed handle, 6? legs, flat top, closed base, built in combination locks. Black in color.
