- V A North Texas HealthCare Systems (VANTHCS) has a requirement for Bio-prosthetic Aortic Heart Valves. The Government contemplates award of an IDIQ contract resulting from this solicitation and anticipates award of a sole source consignment contract to Medtronic, Inc. This IDIQ for consignment of Mosaic Aortic Valves, Annuloplasty Bands, and Rotatable conduits will be for one base year and two option year renewals. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(2)(i), test program, using simplified acquisition procedures. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423450 and size standard is 100 employees. Interested persons may identify interest and ability to respond to this requirement. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than 2:30 p.m., Central Standard Time, September 28, 2005 in order to be considered a timely response.
