- Furnish Anesthesiology services to the beneficiaries of the VAMC, North Chicago, IL. Contractor shall furnish the services of one (1) board certified anesthesiologist for regularly scheduled O.R. cases. The anesthesiologist will not be on site if there are no regularly scheduled cases. Contractor to provide Anesthesiology Services for 8 hours a day, 5 days per week as required.
