- Description
- The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle WA intents to issue a sole source contract to Heartlab an AGFA Company, for a Cardiology Information System Upgrade to the Encompass Cardiac Network. The government believes that Heartlab is the only provider that will satisfy the agency requirement. This is a sole source procurement under SAP 38 U.S.C 8153 and other than full and open competition (FAR 6.302-1) This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however; any firm that believes it can meet the requirment may give written notification to the Contracting Officer, within 5 days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting evidence (i.e. authorization letter from MFR) must be furnished in sufficient detail to robin.tice@med.va.gov.
