- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Fixed Price contract for translation services in support of the DEAs Translation, Transcription and Monitoring Program. These services are required by the San Francisco Field Division. Services required include monitoring, translation, transcription, and interception for consensual and non-consensual wiretaps. This acquisition will be issued as a Full and Open Competition under solicitation no. DEA-05-R-0039. The anticipated method of contracting for this requirement will be contracting by negotiation, utilizing the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 31, 2005 through DEAs Acquisition webpage found at www.dea.gov (click on ?Acquisitions & Contracts?, then on ?Open Solicitations? AFTER the solicitation has been issued). It is the offer?s responsibility to monitor the DEAs Acquisition webpage for the release of the solicitation and any amendments issued.
