Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference Number F2YTAW5262A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 3499 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332439. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. Work is to be performed in accordance with the described services below for Complete Refurbishment of ISO High Speed M-1022 Mobilizer Set. Delivery Address: 446 ALCF, Bldg. 1170, McChord AFB, WA, 98438; FOB: Destination. Services shall include the following: a. Disassemble, inspect and list all material and labor required for complete overhaul b. Prep unit for blast c. Media Blast Mobilizer d. Prep for Paint e. Paint Mobilizer f. Pull, clean, inspect wheel bearings and brakes g. Replace wheel bearings and brakes h. Repair Oil leaks on pumps i. Repair Safety Chain j. Replace Missing air fittings k. Install Drain Mod on suspension frame l. Replace missing electrical caps m. Replace Air Hoses n. Replace Service Airline on Tongue o. Replace Bent Eye Bolts p. Replace All Air Springs q. Repair and Replace all hydro Cylinders r. Replace All brake Diaphragms s. Replace all glad hand seals t. Replace All Hydro Lines u. Replace All Lanyards v. Replace Rear Wiring Harness w. Repair or Replace all safety pins x. Replace Restraint Cables y. Replace Shock Mount Rubbers z. Replace Tires aa. Repair Arm on Tow Bar bb. Repair Lifting Handle on Tow Bar cc.
