Description: The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks to add two labor categories and increase the maximum number of hours available under the contract in FY2006 with the Integrated Management Resources Group. The addition of a Data Analyst and Training Specialist will support on-going auditing services and are necessitated by the assumption of several large terminated pension plans by the PBGC. It is not practical to compete this limited service because of IMRG's familiarity with the complexities of pension plan audits, knowledge of ERISA as well as PBGC policies and procedures, and need to supervise the additional efforts. The increase under the existing contract will ensure the continuity in the work. This is not a request for proposal. See Note 22.
