- This synopsis shall serve as the Office of Administration's notice of intent to issue a contract to the National Journal for on-line subscriptions to the "National Journal", "Congress Daily," and "The Hotline." The period of performance is one year with three, one-year options. This procurement is considered to be a sole source, since the products are exclusive and copyrighted to the National Journal. A solicitation does not exist and responses are not anticipated. See Note 22.
