- Offerors are hereby invited to submit a price and technical proposal for the enclosed Non- personal services for Non-Temporary Administrative Services and other General Services and Support requirement to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Services Center (FSC) in support of the above requirement. Primary places of performances will be located in Waco, Texas and Austin, Texas and other locations as deemed necessary for the performance of the contract. Proposals will be received until 3 o'clock p.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2005. Proposals received after that time cannot be considered. VA reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal, partially or in its entirety, at any time. In such an event, no claims for proposal preparation and related costs will be considered.
