Instructions within the actual MS Word 89 page Broad Agency Announcement attachment under Soliictation DAAB07-03-R-P650 found at th e Interactive Business Opportunities/Army Single Face to Industry Page (IBOP) via the World Wide Web at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil give the specific process on how and when to submit proposals by certain dates until the fiscal year 2007 timeframe. The messages reflecting a 30 Sep 2007 timeframe posted on the ABOP on 15 and 16 Sep 2003 are correct. It is the FedBizOpps original announcement that is hereby corrected. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-SEP-2003).
