Description
The U. S. Government seeks office space in the CBD of Chicago, IL: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease a minimum of 14,410 usable square feet in a portion of the Central Business District in Chicago, IL. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: North - Randolph; East - Dearborn; South - Jackson; West - Wacker Drive. The current Government lease will expire in the near future. The Government is interested in considering alternate space if economically advantageous to the Government. In determining whether relocation would be economically advantageous to the Government, GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move including telecommunications equipment, LAN systems, office furniture (conventional and system furniture workstations) and telephone systems.
