- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to change the final solicitation issuance date to "on or about November 15, 2005." This change is made to allow BEP to complete ongoing ink trial testing as a result of Sources Sought Notice SSR-05-0006. Additionally, the DRAFT solicitation has been modified to reduce the number of proposals that offerors may submit in response to this solicitation from two (2) to one (1), based on the opportunity afforded to prospective offerors for ink trails under SSR-05-0006; and the one month delay for soliciation issuance to complete these inks trials. The closing date for industry comments still remains October 13, 2005.
