- The Government intends to issue Solicitation N65236-05-R-0672 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to FAR SubPart 12 to Problem-Knowledge Couplers Corporation, 1 Mill Street, Suite 355, Burlington, VT 05401. This procurement covers the renewal of the software license maintenance agreement which was combined using Screening Tools Coupler Maintenance and Complete Health Screening Diagnostic, Management and Behavioral Health Tools Coupler Maintenance. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The required period of performance is 01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006 with three one year option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
