- THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Titan Corporation, Inc., 13000 ROUTE 73, SUITE 400 , Marlton, New Jersey, 08053-3408 for the procurement of continued support of the Office of Workers Compensation Program claims for the Human Resources Department, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. Given the nature of the effort, this action is a sole source contract, N00421-06-F-0010. The applicable SIN is 874-1(Consulting Services). This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C., 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. While this notification of intent is for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability by responding to this requirement and may submit information, which shall be considered by the NAWCAD. The Government retains the right not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice. See Numbered Note 22.
