- The proposed action is a modification to Contract No. DAMD17-00-C-0034 with the American Registry of Pathology, Washington, DC for the award of a 12-month award-term incentive in the amount of $17,222,803 for continued Cooperative Enterprises in Medi cal Research. The contract contains a provision for four additional award-term incentives, each for a 12-month period of performance. This notice of intent is for information purposes only, not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
