Description

Description: This procurement is for Full and Open Competition. The estimated dollar magnitude of this project is anticipated between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 and the acquisition method is Invitation for Bid (IFB). DESCRIPTION: The project provides for repair of the direct buried sewer along Neely Road from Meridian Road to 600th Street and along 600th Street from Neely Road to Gaffney Road, revitalization of utilidor on Meridian Road from Neely Road north to Montgomery Road, revitalization utilidor on Montgomery Road from Meridian Road west and then south to Neely Road. Note: The bid schedule may also include additional work as option items; however, there is no guarantee the options will be exercised. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payme nt Bonds will be required. NAICS CODE: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS 237990. The size standard for this NAICS code is $28.5 million.
